Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced GM Master Certified Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GM vehicles and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

• GM Master Certification is required.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency in using diagnostic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
