Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Payroll Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update employee records, including timekeeping, deductions, and benefits.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance as needed.
• Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with audits as required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee payroll information.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional payroll certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in payroll processing or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
