Position Summary

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for service customers. You will greet customers promptly and professionally, assess their service needs, provide accurate estimates, and promote appropriate services and parts. This position requires clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify service needs.
• Provide detailed cost and time estimates for recommended services and obtain customer authorization.
• Promote the sale of services, parts, and accessories by understanding product offerings.
• Monitor service progress and communicate with customers regarding any changes in cost or completion time.
• Administer warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines.
• Confirm service appointments by phone prior to scheduled visits and conduct follow-ups after repairs.
• Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs are properly completed.
• Comply with all state and federal laws related to automobile repair and consumer protection.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the company’s values when interacting with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Work Hours

This is a full-time position with regular business hours at our Logan, OH location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience as a Service Advisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record in the working state.
• Positive attitude and high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.
