Job Details

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounts payable are processed accurately and on time to maintain the dealership's financial health
• Support the accounting department with daily operations and special projects
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal departments
• Keep financial records organized, complete, and audit-ready
• Assist with various office needs to contribute to a team-oriented environment

Duties

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices precisely
• Prepare and process checks and electronic payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist in resolving discrepancies
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documents
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior accounting experience required; automotive experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable using accounting software and standard office programs
