Job Description:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, warranties, and financing options.
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Complete sales documentation accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.
